Jayanti Bhattacharya is a name synonymous with the essence of nature in art. Jayanti Bhattacharya is a free-lancer and could always be seen exploring nature in its abundant forms. She travels a lot, meets different people and experiences diversity in culture and tradition. Her favourite is realistic art, where she brings back to life her perspective of nature that she may have witnessed somewhere sometime. She says that nature is nucleus of creation. So, the scale of creativity offered by nature is unlimited and nature every-time surprises with something new.
Jayanti Bhattacharya completed her Senior Diploma in Fine Arts from Rabindra Bharati University in West Bengal after completing her B.A. (Hons.). She not only excelled in various art workshops, exhibitions and shows, she has also significantly contributed to the commercial world. Her created artworks and designs used to be a rage in industries like decals and tiles. She has not only participated in many commercial exhibitions but also exhibited her paintings in charity exhibition for cancer patients.
Amongst her recent activities is participation in International Water Colour Society (IWS), Bangladesh, Cartist Yatra, Jaipur, Gujarat Visual Artists Association Exhibition, Ahmedabad, etc. Jayanti Bhattacharya dreams of the day when human kind will understand nature and preserve & harmonise himself such that the theory of co-existence flourishes.
